Each division will be placed to Champion and Reserve Champion.  Division placings are based on the cumulative points earned by the exhibitor at WHSA open point shows during that show year.  Most points wins!  Exhibitor may ride different horses/ponies (but not in the same class at the same show) and show in any class he/she is eligible for in the pursuit of a hi-pt exhibitor award.
