If you are representing (planning to represent) WHSA at the Arkansas State Championship Horse Show, here are the eligibility requirements.
1. Be current WHSA member in good standing
2. Have shown in at least 50% of the WHSA Open Point Horse Shows for the calendar year leading up to the State Show
4. Provided your sponsorship commitment
5. Agree to abide by the rules and regulations of the Arkansas State Championship Horse Show as set forth by the Arkansas State Horse Show Association
